each student group within the office of intercultural development serves a dual purpose to provide a place for students who are seeking a sense of identity, comfort or support in a specific cultural group or who are interested in experiencing and learning about a different culture.

the mission of this association is to aid the african students on this campus by giving them different resources to succeed in their academic and social endeavors.

a-con will provide a space for asian students to freely express themselves without the fear of being judged. in addition, the organization will help promote and spread awareness about asian culture and current issues through different events and general meetings between members. a-con will also allow students to create and sustain an inclusive community not only for asian students but any who are interested in asian cultures and issues.

the purpose of this organization is to integrate american sign language and our passion for christ. we will provide interactive, engaging and exciting ways to learn american sign language by presenting all members with basics of the language, incorporating fun activities to make the lessons memorable, weekly gatherings for all students, biweekly gatherings to offer the opportunity for lipscomb students who are hearing impaired to connect socially.
