sewell hall
sewell is the smallest men’s dorm on campus.
sewell is lipscomb's smallest residence hall for men, housing approximately 136 students. there is a large lobby with televisions and ping pong, two community bathrooms on each floor, a computer lab, vending machines and laundry room.
bathrooms are community-style and shared by everyone on the hall. they include showers, toilets, urinals and sinks. bathrooms are cleaned by our housekeeping staff daily.

bedroom windows are 73” w x 60” h.
furnishings
each student will have a:
- bed (79” l x 40” w) with adjustable height to create up to 3’ of space underneath
- desk (42” l x 22” w) with chair
- wardrobe (16.5” l x 22” w x 39” h)
- dresser (36” w x 30.5” h x 22” d)
tips
- no command strips on the walls. small nails are allowed and are provided on move-in day.
- you are responsible for cleaning and removing the trash from your room.
