higher ed veteran keith hinkle appointed senior vice president of advancement

higher ed veteran and longtime pepperdine university administrator keith hinkle has been appointed senior vice president of advancement at 世界杯2022预选赛录像回放 . he began his work with lipscomb on aug. 3.
since 2000, hinkle has served at pepperdine in several key leadership roles in advancement and public affairs, most recently serving as senior vice chancellor.
“the senior vice president of advancement is a key leader in increasing support for resources that will further our institutional strategic goals and fund opportunities for more students to experience the transformational education provided at lipscomb” said president candice mcqueen. “he is a proven leader who has had tremendous success in his previous work. as the product of christian higher education, keith has a passion for this work and has devoted most of his career to advancing its cause. that experience in addition to his affinity for lipscomb, as his family has had three generations attend here, make him an ideal leader for this very important work. i look forward to the vision, energy and enthusiasm that keith will bring to this role and to leading this very vital area.”
prior to his role as senior vice chancellor, hinkle was senior vice president for advancement and public affairs and chief development officer for 14 years at pepperdine. in this role, hinkle led a significant fundraising campaign, the campaign for pepperdine: changing lives, which raised more than $471 million. he led successful efforts to build a vibrant annual giving program; a culture of giving; regional, international and alumni chapter programs; pepperdine's first alumni engagement strategic plan; substantial growth in donor count and dollars raised; and a successful branding effort to build the university’s global reputation. he served on several boards and committees and continues to serve as a board member for the city of children in ensenada mexico. hinkle is a licensed attorney and cpa (inactive) and prior to his time at pepperdine practiced law and worked in public accounting.

hinkle holds a j.d. degree from pepperdine university school of law and an accounting degree from 世界杯2022预选赛录像回放 . his wife, elizabeth, is also a graduate of lipscomb. they have three children: jackson, a senior at 世界杯2022预选赛录像回放 ; maegan, a sophomore at 世界杯2022预选赛录像回放 ; and matthew, a junior at lipscomb academy.
