biography
lauren was raised in alabama, eventually leading her to auburn university where she earned a degree in biomedical sciences. following undergrad, she then attended the mississippi college physician assistant program, earning a master of science in medicine. after working five years clinically in both north carolina and tennessee for two of the largest urgent care providers nationally, she joined the lipscomb faculty in july 2019. having always had a passion for pa education, she completed her doctor of medical science degree at the university of lynchburg in 2019. she lives in nashville with her husband, brooks, and their pup, harley.
