biography

amber kelley, phd, is the program director of the marriage and family therapy graduate program, where she also serves as core faculty. she holds a doctorate in human development and family science with an emphasis in marriage and family therapy from the university of georgia, a master of marriage and family therapy degree from 世界杯2022预选赛录像回放 , and a bachelor of science degree in psychology from hardin-simmons university. amber is also an aamft approved supervisor and practices as a marriage and family therapist, employing a trauma-informed integration of restoration and narrative therapies. her primary area of research and clinical interest is a social justice-oriented treatment of trauma and traumatic stress including evidence-based ptsd treatments, and the experience of therapists providing care to trauma-affected populations.
