biography

lydia hayes is the program coordinator for the ideal program. her role includes sharing the ideal program with prospective students as well as community partners in the area through networking events and social media. her role also includes coordinating program admissions and facilitating program tours on campus for families and groups as well as managing alumni relations. lydia received her bachelor of social work from harding university and has a passion for working with families. within this role, she is excited to share this great program with others as well as build relationships with new and graduated students!
