biography

(1985). she received her m.s. in school counseling from tennessee state university (1991), and her ed.d. in educational leadership and policy analysis from east tennessee state university (2017). davies joined the 世界杯2022预选赛录像回放
college of education as an assistant professor in 2020 and is the lead faculty for the school counseling program. she teaches and supervises candidates with the core courses in the school counseling graduate program for the m.ed. and ed.s. prior to joining the college she served as an adjunct professor teaching school counseling courses for the university.
davies’ school counseling experience includes elementary, middle, and high school levels within the middle tennessee area. her research interests include college and career access and supporting students in underserved areas. in 2008, davies led and trained grassland middle school in initiating the olweus bullying prevention program. davies has extensive experience in serving students focused on college and career exploration. while serving as the college counselor (2011) at lipscomb academy, she initiated new technology platforms to assist students and parents navigating the college process. from 2012-2020, she served as an associate professor at nashville state community college teaching psychology and leading study abroad trips to europe and australia.
she and her husband, bob, live in nashville. they have two sons, will and harrison. they attend harpeth hills church of christ and enjoy traveling.
