biography

craig cordola has more than 30 years of leadership experience in healthcare. he currently serves as the chief executive officer of care delivery and member of the management board of fresenius medical care. prior to joining fresenius medical care, he served in several executive roles with ascension from 2017 through 2023, including, executive vice president for ascension capital, executive vice president and chief operating officer, and president and chief executive officer for ascension texas. prior to ascension, craig served in various leadership capacities with the memorial hermann healthcare system (houston, texas) as a regional president, the ceo of one of the largest academic medical centers in the country, as well as their children's hospital ceo.

for more than 6 years he concurrently served as the vice dean for hospital affairs at the university of texas medical school - houston.
