this course is a practical experience in pastoral leadership that allows the student to reflect on ministry and leadership principles gained in the classroom while learning in a guided internship experience. students will explore christian pastoral leadership in a specific ministry context under the supervision of a faculty advisor and a ministry field supervisor. the practicum context may include churches, nonprofits, and other vocational ministry settings.

9 hours are required for the 4+1 pastoral leadership major.
