by 3033 - neuroanatomy (3) f this course is designed to introduce students to the anatomy of the central nervous system, including pathways in the brain and spinal cord and how this relates to function. the special sensory systems and integrative pathways will also be discussed. based on an understanding of normal neural anatomy and function, the anatomical and physiological basis of multiple neurological diseases will be explored. the class will also consist of a lab that will include dissection and case studies.
prerequisite: by 2114 lecture, 2 hours laboratory, 2 hours
