elementary keyboard instruction designed to develop facility with major and minor scales and arpeggios, chords, improvisation, sight-reading in four-part textures, harmonization of simple melodies with appropriate chords and accompaniment patterns and transposition beyond five-note positions. will count as either a general or music elective.
