mu 4103 - counterpoint (3) f offered even-numbered years
a course designed to give students writing experience in two- and three-voice 18th century counterpoint. major projects will include the writing of a two-part invention, a passacaglia and a three-voice fugue.
prerequisite: mu 2133 (theory iii)
