idea 2103 - self-determination for the workplace

this course will build on previous classes that have taught students how to obtain and maintain a job. students will understand workplace accommodations and the law surrounding them. they will learn how to advocate for their needs, as well their desires (pay, positions, etc.) they will also continue to learn about conflict management in the workplace and how to navigate workplace situations.
