this course covers the theory, research, variables, factors, and practices related to integrating data analysis and creative practices for advertising production. using foundational and contemporary research findings, normative models, theoretical constructs and emerging patterns, trends and practices this course provides a solid foundation to the uses, effects and impacts of both traditional and new communication modalities. the effectiveness of advertising is increasingly reliant on data analysis and interpretation of audience demographics, consumer behavior patterns, media analytics, and macro-trend cultural factors.
