pe 2012 - lifetime wellness (2) f, sp this course is an introduction to fitness and wellness. students will take a fitness assessment and explore ways to establish fitness goals and improve their overall wellness, including participation in an exercise program. other topics include: healthy nutrition and weight management, managing stress appropriately and understanding the importance of engaging in a healthy lifestyle.
