the college of leadership and public service (clps) provides a “theory to practice” approach to graduate and undergraduate education through the institutes and the school of public policy. growing out of the belief that leadership and service must integrate outstanding education with engagement in community this college is a national leader in connecting education to practice for its students. the college includes:
