military & veterans admission

let us help you meet your goals as you transition from service to student.

lipscomb is honored to serve those who have already sacrificed so much in service to our nation. veterans and military families deserve a meaningful academic experience, and we want to offer that through nationally ranked scholarship and deep spiritual formation. your military background has been an incredibly important part of your journey so far, and we value the unique perspective you can contribute to our community.

we participate in the yellow ribbon program and liaise with the u.s. department of veteran affairs to help maximize your military benefits. more than likely, you’ll be attending lipscomb tuition free. once you arrive, our veteran services office is here to provide a network of support throughout your college career.

how to apply

we understand that the veteran standing in front of us today is not the same young adult that graduated from high school, which is why we take a unique approach to our admission process. as a veteran, you have much to offer in terms of real-world experience, and we embrace your unique background in the classroom. whatever educational path you are pursuing, we’re committed to making it a meaningful academic experience.
